Please read the following terms and conditions before placing any orders. Please be aware that the photographs taken of desserts prior to delivery/pickup will remain property of Caked by Shef

Order Confirmation:

Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel 7 days prior to your event. If you cancel within the 7 day time window, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to your order.

Changes to an existing order:

Any changes to your existing order can only be made prior to 7 days of the event.

Allergy Disclaimer:

Please be aware that all ingredients are processed in the same facility and same equipment as other allergens (nuts, soy, wheat, etc.).

Care and Handling:

We are not responsible for any damages to the desserts after pick-up or delivery. Kindly follow the instructions given for transporting your desserts.

Refund Policy:

At Caked by Shef we do not offer any refunds once the desserts have been delivered or picked up. Please know that we strive to provide you with the best quality products that will exceed expectations.

Disclosure of information:

Caked by Shef will not disclose any personal information such as your name, email, address or phone number to anyone unless the client has authorised us to do so.
